Pro-Biafran agitators said yesterday that there was no going back in their quest for Biafra, vowing to use their last breath to actualize the fight as well as defend Igbo territory.

The group said there was no future for Ndigbo in the country, insisting that President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration would never be fair to Igbo people.

They said that the country was structured in a way that would perpetually see Ndigbo playing the “second fiddle”, stressing that the people have not been accommodated in the scheme of things.

In a statement by the National Director of Information, Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Uchenna Madu in Enugu yesterday, they reiterated their call for Ndigbo in the northern and western parts of the country to return home.

MASSOB decried what it described as “nonchalant attitude and insensitivity of many Igbos residing in northern and western parts of the country who still believe that the Nigerian state will still be better for inhabitation of non indigenous people.”
