Protest: Journalists, vehicles attacked in Kano
About 11 journalists covering the ongoing hunger protest narrowly escaped death as hoodlums attacked a Channels TV vehicle in Kano.
The hoodlums brandishing dangerous weapons smashed a Channelstv branded vehicle conveying the journalists along Sokoto road, in the metropolis.
TVC correspondent in Kano, Ibrahim Isah who was seated near the rear window sustained cuts from the damage class while others were left shocked by the unfortunate incident.
Our correspondent who witnessed the incident said the protest is taking a dangerous dimension as various groups including pro and anti-government protesters are mounting pressure on the heavy security presence.
