His words,  “Ewuga was a leader. He did not always get the reward for his fights. He did not always get the rewards, and so it is in life. The reward comes from God. In this community of Eggon people, who have lost a leader and one of our pioneers in politics, we, those who are coming after, will learn from the lessons.”Whatever politics we play, we must remember this: the beginning of life is not the end of life.

There is a God in heaven that we worship, and human beings have souls.”As for us in the political community, please let us remember, the duty of politics is to lift those below. It is to unite our state.

This state has been too divided. We have fought needless wars. I think it is important for us as political leaders to do everything possible to move our state to greater heights.”Josephine Ewuga, the wife of the deceased former Deputy Governor and Minister, described her late husband as a man who loved his children and others.According to her, “My husband has helped a lot of people, he has trained so many students in the country and contributed positively to the development of the society.

However, there were a lot of challenges, political challenges and others.”In a glowing tribute, Josephine Ewuga reflected on their 45-year matrimonial journey, during which he provided unwavering love and compassion. She, therefore, emphasised that the entire family and the Eggon Nation at large have lost a father who championed social justice, and prayed God to forgive her husband’s shortcomings and grant him eternal rest.
