It was a day of great festivities in Abuja, when industry players gathered at the 38th yearly Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) to honour some of their distinguished members as fellows of the institute.
Among the new inductees is leading real estate developer, Yemi Idowu, who was recognised for his significant lifelong contribution to the industry and the national economy.
The event, tagged ‘30th Johnwood Ekpenyong Lecture & 2024 Fellows’ Induction,’ was conducted by NIESV President, Johnbull Amayaevbo , assisted by co-founder of Knight Frank and Co., Chief Simon Okeke and NIESV First Vice President, Victor Alonge.
Among his contributions to the industry, Idowu, who is the Managing Director of Aircom Nigeria Limited, championed the case for the restoration and inclusion of real estate professionals and NIESV members in the ongoing government reforms.
