Nigerians React As Woman In Viral Tweet Gets More Recognition

The viral tweet of the woman Known as Debbie has caught the attention of Nigerians and various organisations including her bank, and it has decided to match her current balance as Nigerians continue to shower her love.


What happened?
A woman identified as Debbie on Twitter caught the attention of Nigerians, when she posted that she started waking up 4:50am to cook for her husband the day he told her a colleague at work comes with two spoons at work to share her meal.

The post read; “I’ve always been too lazy to wake up and get his lunch ready. But the day he told me a colleague brought two spoons so he’ll eat with her, was the day I set my alarm for 4:50am”

The tweet went viral for positive reasons with over 24.1M views, 13.6k reports and over 56.6k likes. Nigerians started to reward her for her good behavior as leaving no chance to outsiders who might want to use food to take away her husband.

Currently, various tech industries have used the opportunity to get her their latest products, including the likes of Infinix, NNPC, and the latest Kuda bank, who in a recent tweet have decided to match her current bank balance which she had shared on her twitter page.

Her current balance as at the last time she updated it was at a staggering #2M plus, which the bank has decided to match, it said in it’s official statement; As your bank, we’re happy to match the ₦2,044,133.94 balance in your screenshot. Keep doing you, Debbie!
