Oba Akinghare strengthens cultural ties with visit to Sweden embassy

In a momentous occasion signifying the deepening bonds between Nigeria and Sweden, the Swedish Embassy in Abuja recently received His Royal Majesty, Oba Oloyede Adekoya Akinghare II, the esteemed Arujale-Ojima of Okeluse Kingdom, Ondo State.


The event, marked by a convergence of cultural and diplomatic significance, saw the gracious presence of Ambassador Annika Hahn-Englund and Mr. Fredrik Åhsberg, Head of Politics and Trade at the embassy.

The distinguished Oba was accompanied by his Special Assistant on External Affairs, Ambassador Adetayo Abayomi David, and Chief of Staff, Ambassador Prince Michael Olorunfemi, forming a high-level delegation embodying the Okeluse kingdom’s commitment to strengthening ties with Sweden.
