The Lagos State Police has revealed that there is resurfacing of one-chance robberies in Oworonshoki, Alapere, Ogudu and Ketu.
Spokesperson for the Lagos Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, in a statement said this was made known following daily situation reports.
Hundeyin explained that to stem the trend, Lagos Police shall be embarking on increased checks in these areas.
He stated that the checks may result in some delays or minimal traffic buildup.
The spokesperson appealed to motorists for their understanding as this is in the interest of their safety and security.
