Ujomu Lucky Ikechukwu, the chief executive officer of the Lagos-based real estate company, has disclosed that the business is growing throughout Nigeria.

He made the disclosure during a real estate industry event in Ikeja, Lagos.

He claims that LuckyBay Homes Limited, which recently finished building the Lekki Palm City Estate in the affluent neighbourhood of Ajah, Lagos, plans to expand its current operations outside of Lagos and Abuja.

He added that the business, which has its headquarters at Justus Plaza, Bellismo Hotel Road, Lekki, is not the result of overnight success but rather of sustained effort and thoughtful planning.

The 47-year-old property CEO said: “Starting LuckyBay Homes was a process that took time. It began in 2009 when I first ventured into real estate as a broker and committed my savings to an estate project in 2013, which I was able to complete in 2018.”

Ujomu Lucky Ikechukwu has worked to maintain LuckyBay Homes’ relevance in the housing market ever since selling those two five-bedroom, fully detached duplexes.
The Oshimili Local Government Area, Delta State native proclaimed that real estate is a career for those who are passionate and committed, not just anyone.

“I grew up wanting to work in the oil and gas industry or the real estate industry, so my passion for the industry drives me today,” the man said.

Ujomu Lucky Ikechukwu continued, “Despite the challenging economic environment of the country, LuckyBay Homes did not give up or lose our focus on affordable luxury houses, and as a result, it has grown into what it is today, as one of the best real estate development companies in Nigeria. Our Infrastructures are world class.”
