In a recent interview, Queen Light shared her experiences as a fashion influencer, noting the financial demands and the constant pressure to stay ahead of fashion trends. “Being a fashion influencer can be a double-edged sword,” she said. “As much as fashion influencing has good opportunities, it also comes with pressures.”
Queen Light, who hails from Cross River State, explained that the role of a fashion influencer requires significant financial investment, especially to avoid outfit repetition and to secure specific pieces needed for compelling content. “Sourcing for unique and trendy garments can be challenging, particularly when dealing with limited availabilities,” she added.
