Real estate business is for those who want to be rich – Simon Adozi

Without doubt, the real estate sector would be listed as one of the fastest growing in Nigeria. However, despite the perceived awareness among Nigerians on real estate investments, the myth surrounding what it is all about still lives with a lot of people.

Simon Nwachukwu Adozi, CEO of Adozillion Homes and Realty, a leading company bridging the housing deficit in the country through the provision of affordable and decent housing to Nigerians, has been a leading light in the real estate industry.

Simon Adozi’s company, which is based in Lagos, was launched in 2021, on the back of the visioner’s almost a decade-long experience as a realtor. In nearly three years, Adozillion Homes and Realty has been bringing the real deal. The company specializes in providing quality housing solutions to Nigerians – including those at home and abroad – with a top priority on quality delivery.

Apart from his company prominently occupying the position of helping over 60 Nigerians realise their dreams of becoming investors in the business without hassle, Simon Adozi has embarked on campaigns, including his highly demanded book, “10 DEADLY MISTAKES TO AVOID IN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS”, to guide and enlighten citizens on the essence of owning a property.

During an interactive session with the media, Simon Nwachukwu Adozi incisively stressed that against the perception by many, real estate is not reserved for the rich, but an investment capable of changing people’s financial ststus for life.

“Real estate investment is actually intended for those who want to be rich and not just for those who are rich as is perceived by some. So, if you do not have a Real Estate Property Investment, you have no real claim to being a citizen in Nigeria,” said Simon Adozi.

He added that, “Pastor Paul Adefarasin made a statement about his father’s long term investment such that when it was liquidated was enough to start them up in life and also saw them all through school.”

In 2022, Simon Adozi was awarded with Excellence in Business, Peace and Community Development, in recognition of his impact and exploits in the industry. He also bagged the prestigious 40-under-40 CEOs in Africa, African Youth Excellence Award, 100 most influential youths in Africa, etc.
