Rivers Angels, Naija Ratels qualify for Federation Cup final

NFF move games to Lagos
Rivers United, yesterday, defeated Delta Queens 2-1 in Awka to set up a President Federation Cup final against Abuja side, Naija Ratels, who beat Remo Ladies 7-6 through a penalty shoot after the game had ended 2-2 in regular time in Enugu.

In the men’s final, Abia Warriors will take on El-Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri.

After the semifinals games yesterday, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) announced that the grand finale of the competition will now hold at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, instead of the earlier advertised MKO Abiola Stadium, Abuja.

The NFF said the games will still hold on June 29.
