Rotary club begins training of elected officers tomorrow

Rotary International, District 911, is set to train elected clubs’ officers to ensure they have appropriate leadership experiences before assuming their roles and responsibilities on July 1, 2024, the beginning of new Rotary year.

Rotary District 9111 Governor-elect, Dr. Wole Kukoyi, said: “ Service Project and Public Image Chairmen are to be trained tomorrow at Rotary Centre, Ladoke Akintola Street, Ikeja -GRA between 9 am to 2 pm”.


Kukoyi added that “ Clubs’ Administrators and Youth Service Chairmen are to be trained on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, between 9 am to 2 pm at the same venue”.

District Training Assembly (DTA) Co-ordinator, Ade Oyenekan explained that “ the training is scheduled to ensure that all clubs’ officers are provided with appropriate leadership experiences towards assuming their responsibilities on July 1, 2024.”

The immediate Past District Governor, and District 9111 Training Coordinator, Omotunde Lawson would lead other resource persons during the training sessions.
