Nigerian fashion entrepreneur, Bamidele “Bami” Omeiza, has been honoured with the Global Fashion & Creative Leadership Icon Award by Africa Creatives Choice, in recognition of his influence in the global creative industry.

The award, which was presented at the British Council, Ikoyi, Lagos, celebrated Omeiza’s innovation, mentorship, and leadership that have helped place African fashion on the international stage.

Omeiza is the Founder and Creative Director of Bambata Luxury, the platform behind Dallas Fashion Magazine, and Co-Founder of VenmiraApp. Through these platforms, he has built opportunities for African designers, bridged cultural exchange, and pushed the boundaries of creativity in fashion and beyond.

With over 22 years of industry experience, Omeiza has played a key role in mentoring upcoming designers and entrepreneurs, guiding them to develop sustainable practices while expressing African culture through their work. His commitment to mentorship has earned him recognition not only in Nigeria but also across global fashion capitals.
