Veteran actress Shan George has said that she has recovered the #3.6 Million stolen from her bank account.
The 54-year-old actress appealed to Nigerians in an Instagram video on Friday, to assist her recover her money.
George tagged the Zenith Bank, Opay, the EFCC, and the Nigerian police, to intervene and rectify the situation.
“Someone called Cecilia just cleared all the N3.6 million in my Zenith Bank account into her Opay. I’m now koboless. I have nothing to eat with my children,” she said in the video.

She also shared the details of the perpetrator behind the alleged fraud, as one Cecilia Chiagoziem Okoro.
The actress has, however, revealed how she successfully retrieved her ₦3.6 million that was unlawfully withdrawn from her Zenith Bank account.

“I want to thank Zenith Bank for their swift response. Opay’s transparency and support from Safe Haven Bank, EFCC, and the Nigerian Police were invaluable,” Shan George acknowledged.
Despite the distressing ordeal, Shan George’s resilience and determination shone through.
Promising to share insights into the incident and her journey to reclaiming her funds, she emphasized the importance of vigilance and proactive financial management.
