When Adebimpe Osanyintuyi left behind a promising corporate career to build Dios Dlite Healthy Treats, she was driven by more than just business ambition. Her journey reflects a passion for helping women navigate the often daunting transition from corporate roles to entrepreneurship—a path she knows intimately.
With a marketing degree from Bond University, South Africa, and years of experience managing major brands like Horlicks and Panadol at Nutricima PZ and GSK, Adebimpe had built a formidable foundation in the corporate world. Yet, a deeper calling tugged at her heart: the desire to create joyful, guilt-free experiences around healthy living in Nigeria. This vision gave birth to Dios Dlite, now a thriving brand that has transformed health-focused snacking into a nationwide movement.
In April 2025, this journey reached a milestone as Dios Dlite celebrated its 10-year anniversary—a moment marked with heartfelt gratitude and pride. The celebration, held on April 16th, brought together a vibrant room full of customers, vendors, employees, and suppliers—the very people who have helped shape the Dios Dlite story. During the event, Adebimpe remarked, “This brand was never just about snacks; it has always been about building something bigger—a community driven by health, trust, and shared values. Today, we celebrate not just 10 years in business, but 10 years of impact.”
But Adebimpe’s story goes beyond product innovation or business growth. It is about empowering other women to make that same leap—from structured corporate careers to the unpredictable, yet fulfilling, world of entrepreneurship. “Making that leap is exciting but also overwhelming,” she shares. “You lose the safety net of a steady paycheck and clearly defined systems. What I want to do is make that transition easier, clearer, and more structured for others.”
Through mentorship, speaking engagements, and personal coaching, Adebimpe offers practical tools to help women overcome common hurdles—self-doubt, lack of clarity, and the challenges of balancing professional ambitions with personal responsibilities. Her approach is deeply rooted in her own lived experiences and her belief in the power of structure, vision, and community.
The growth of Dios Dlite is a reflection of that ethos. From modest beginnings, the brand now offers a line of Greek yogurt, dried fruits, and preservative-free snacks, stocked in over 190 retail locations across Nigeria. And throughout this journey, Adebimpe has remained steadfast in her belief that success comes from listening. “The best ideas come from the people you serve,” she notes. “Their feedback has shaped everything we’ve built.”
Her commitment has earned her several accolades, including winning the Lagos State SME Pitch and being recognized as the Fastest Growing SME in Nigeria by Business Day. Still, she remains grounded and purpose-driven, continuing to build a brand that makes healthy living accessible, enjoyable, and empowering.
