I am Brother Goodluck Demian. I joined the Lord’s Chosen in 2010 and l thank God for making me a member of this great movement. I am here to appreciate God for granting me genuine salvation even in this time that many youths are carried away by the lusts and cares of this life. P-r-a-i-s-e, the Lord!

I also thank God for helping me to go out in the morning, afternoon and evening for gospel cries, while not over looking bus, hospital and one-on-one evangelism. May the Lord be glorified.

I am here to testify how God gave me a miracle employment. Sometime in April, l was searching for job, but got none. Despite that, I continued doing God’s work. I was always at vigils and workers’ meeting; in fact, I made a promise to God that l will not miss workers’ meeting this year. It happened that after one of our youth vigils one fateful Thursday, I went home to take a rest before setting out, but about 30 minutes into my rest, a hand tapped me and said l should get up and go and brush my teeth. It was as if something was remote controlling me and I was obeying all the commands. The voice said, l should dress up and go outside our compound. I obeyed. As I came out, I saw something and the voice said follow that creature as it was moving and l did as instructed. Suddenly, l found myself in a gated company and the creature flew across the gate and l came to my senses.

I wanted to return home, but the voice said l should stand where I was and never to go anywhere, so l stood at by the gate. Not long, somebody came out from the building and asked: “Are you Goodluck? Please, come in. l don’t have time.” And l followed him to his office and he gave me an employment form to fill. Not only that, he said l should resume work, next Monday and that my resumption time was 8.00a.m. The man was actually doing everything in haste.

Brethren that was how l was employed without a C.V. or an application or a recommendation letter. God of Chosen is great. However, l did not resume on the Monday the man said l should resume duty because l was confused. I thought the man probably mistook me for somebody else; so, when the man did not see me on that Monday or Tuesday, he called me. How did he get my number, because I know I did not give it to him? His voice said: “Young man (referring to me) come and start work. Somebody has been disturbing me, saying you should come there and work.” This was how l was employed! P-r-a-i-s-e! The Lord.

As I joined the company, I heard the workers say, management would only tell them there would be salary increase, but will not fulfill their promise. I took this as part of my prayer request, although without much faith attached, after three days of the prayer, the company increased our salaries. P-r-a-i-s-e, the Lord!

Furthermore, the company planned to send people on training and I was chosen, irrespective of the fact that there are people that have put in 10, five, three years. God of Chosen is great. May His name be glorified in Jesus’ name.

Let me use this opportunity to counsel the youths. God is here; serve Him and He will never forsake you.
l pray for our G.O. to be filled with more power and be fulfill in his ministry in Jesus’ name…amen.
