Delta Governor, others for 2024 GCU Relays

The President General of the Government College Ughelli Old Boys Association (GCUOBA), Chief Albert Akpomudje, has confirmed that Delta State Governor, Sherrif Oborevwori, will be the special guest of honour at the the sixth Government College Ughelli (GCU) Relays.
