Lagos denies hiking price for road worthiness certificate

The Directorate of the Lagos Vehicle Inspection Service (VIS) has debunked claims that it had increased the price for the issuance of Road Worthiness Certificate. In a statement yesterday, Director of the VIS, Abdul-Hafeez Toriola, an engineer, described the rumour
