Kano governor launches biometric software for civil servants, pensioners, appointees

Kano State government yesterday launched a new payment system, Kano Integrated Personal and Payroll Information System (KIPPIS), for state civil servants and pensioners. The new integrated payment software is intended to centralise government payment system in conformity with global e-governance system.
