VON DG differs with Katsina monarch on poverty in North

The Director-General, Voice of Nigeria (VON), Mr. Osita Okechukwu, has dismissed claims by the Emir of Katsina, Dr. Abdulmumin Kabir Usman, that the rate of poverty in Northern Nigeria is increasing.
