Abuja residents lament increasing number of scavengers in neighbourhoods

Many residents of the Federal Capital Territory have expressed concerns over increasing number of scavengers, also known as ‘Baba Boola’, who loiter around neighbourhoods at odd hours, and the security risk they pose.
