NITP blames Ogun infrastructure deficit on population surge

Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP), Ogun State chapter, has raised concerns over the mounting infrastructure deficit in parts of the state, warning that rapid industrialisation is fuelling population growth beyond available social amenities.
