Apapa Council unveils environmental corps, braided bins

Towards ensuring a safe environment for residents of Apapa local council, authorities have launched the Keep Apapa Clean and Healthy, A Must (KACHAM) corps to clear off heaps of refuse in all areas of Apapa.
