Court restrains Adeleke from removing CJ, judicial secretary

The National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN) has restrained Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke from removing the state's Chief Judge, Adepele Ojo, and the Secretary of the Judicial Service Commission (JSCN), Michael Obidiya.
