Administrators restate need for quality leaders, induct Covenant VC as fellow

The Chartered Institute of Administrators (CIA), has restated the need for quality leaders in key positions in the country, as it inducts Vice Chancellor of Covenant University, Aderemi Atayero, as fellow.
