Afe Babalola laments non-issuance of free trade zone certificate to ABUAD

Founder of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), Afe Babalola, has described the refusal by the Federal Government to issue a free trade certificate to his university as discouraging and embarrassing.
