Oyo PDP chieftain faults proposed consensus presidential candidate

A chieftain of Oyo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Bisi Olopoeniyan, has said governors on the platform of the party cannot, on their own, adopt consensus arrangement to pick the next presidential candidate for the 2023 election.
