Institute commends ex-Lagos CJ over restorative justice

The Executive President of the Institute of Criminology and Penology, Nigeria (ICPN), Solomon George Osagwena, has commended the former Chief Judge of Lagos State, Justice Opeyemi Oke, for the use of restorative justice in the settlement of the dispute in the state.
