Nigeria, Ghana secure observe status to eradicate substandard ships in West, Central Africa 

The Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control for West and Central African Region (Abuja MoU) has granted the Alumni of Maritime Academy of Nigeria Oron (AMANO), the Maritime Academy of Nigeria (MAN), Oron and Regional Maritime University, Ghana, observer status.
