ICPC reduces loss of public funds through phony projects — commissioner

Mr Amedu Sule, the commissioner, Independent Corrupt Practices and other related Offences Commission (ICPC), Enugu State says anti-corruption campaigns of the commission has reduced the loss of public funds through phony projects.
