Monaco player's LGBTQ snub 'unacceptable' - French sports minister

France's sports minister Amelie Oudea-Castera on Monday called for "the toughest sanctions" against Mohamed Camara and his club after the Monaco player taped over a badge in support of the LGBTQ community.
