Only 40% of Anchor Borrowers' loan has been repaid, LCCI claims

The immediate past president of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Dr Michael Olawale-Cole, yesterday, lamented the high level of default under the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Anchor Borrowers Programme (ABP), saying over 60 per cent of beneficiaries defaulted on repayment.
