Poor leadership cause of Africa’s stagnation, say clerics

The Lead Pastor, Handlifters Praying Group, Pastor Chinyere Adegboye, and Apostle General Anselm Madubuko, have said that African countries are locked down in crisis, not able to attain its potentials because of poor leadership.
