S’East govs may challenge payment of N8b damages to IPOB leader

South East states governors may appeal against the award of N8 billion imposed on them and the Federal Government by an Enugu State High Court presided over by Mr. Justice Anthony Onovo, last Thursday, as damages to Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
