Court orders APC, INEC to file defence in suit seeking Aiyedatiwa’s sack as candidate

Justice Inyang Edem Ekwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has ordered the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to file their defence in a suit seeking the removal of Aiyedatiwa as APC’s gubernatorial candidate for November election.
