Road transport firms knock alleged plans to exclude them from stimulus plans

The Association of Private Transport Companies of Nigeria (APTCON) has claimed that there were plans to exclude road transport operators out of the proposed stimulus plan being contemplated by the Nigerian Government. The spokesman of the association Audu Gaddo described
