CDS, Reps to intervene as Arewa group seeks probe of assault on seaman

The Arewa Youth Consultative Forum (AYCF) has condemned the detention and torture of a Nigerian seaman, Haruna Abbas, by an Army General, and called on the Federal Government to immediately institute a probe and bring the perpetrators to book.
