Toddler needs N5 million for corrective heart surgery

Twenty-month-old Arthur Moffat was recently diagnosed with an acyanotic congenital heart defect, otherwise known as a hole in the heart. Authur, who is being managed with an anti-failure medications, however requires N5 million for a corrective heart surgery.
