12,000 FCT residents receive 2nd COVID-19 vaccine – Minister

Dr Ramatu Aliyu, the Minister of State, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) says no fewer than 12,000 residents have taken the second round of COVID-19 vaccine since the exercise started.
