TOOAN distributes free fuel vouchers to tricycle operators

In commemoration of Nigeria's 64th Independence celebration, the Zone C chairman of the Tricycle Owners and Operators Association of Nigeria (TOAN), Azeez Abiola, yesterday, gave out N5,000 worth of free fuel vouchers to over 5,000 tricycle riders in Alimoso area of Lagos State.
