GOC orders troops to neutralise terrorists in northeast

The Acting General Officer Commanding (GOC), 7 Division, Nigerian Army, Brig-Gen. Abdulwahab Eyitayo, has urged troops of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK) to rout remnants of Boko Haram terrorists in the Northeast.
