Navy arrests 12 suspected smugglers in Akwa Ibom

Commanding Officer of the Forward Operation Base of the Nigerian Navy at Ibaka in Mbo Local Council of Akwa Ibom State, Captain Peter Yilme, has paraded 12 suspected smugglers of rice.
