Cecilia Ibru to grace Maris public lecture

Co-founder of Michael and Cecilia Ibru University in Delta State, Dr. (Mrs) Cecilia Ibru, is expected to grace the 2022 edition of Maris Annual Public Service Lecture as Mother of the Day.
