Council faults certificate fraud in Mufutau Lanihun College of Education

Chairman, Governing Council of Mufutau Lanihun College of Education, Ibadan, Oyo State, Prof. Taslim Hammed, has condemned fraud running into several millions of naira allegedly perpetrated by some principal officers of the institution.
