‘Why varsities cannot attract foreign professors’

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN), Prof. Charles Igwe, has said that poor remuneration and infrastructure are responsible for the inability of the nation's universities to attract foreign professors.
