Edo community installs village head, seeks inclusive governance

The elders and people of Ivbiokhulotor Village, Ubuneke in Ivbiaro Clan, Owan East Local Council of Edo State have installed Chief Isah Umoru Osikhekha as the Ovbiotse (Village Head) of the Village.
