FIIRO DG, Chima Igwe lied about obtaining PhD from Benin Republic, says ICPC

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has said that the Acting Director-General of the Federal Institute for Industrial Research (FIIRO), Oshodi, Chima Igwe, did not obtain a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University D’Abomey Calavi, Republic of Benin.
