IPAC tasks govt on dividends of democracy at Christmas

Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) has urged governments at all levels to provide dividends of democracy to Nigerians to improve their well-being.  IPAC advised in a Christmas message signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Mrs Chinyere Oge-Kalu, yesterday, in Abuja.
