SPDC JV expends N14.85 billion on GMoUs in Rivers State

Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC) operated Joint venture has invested a total of N14.86 billion on Global Memorandum of Understanding (GMoU) clusters in Rivers State.
