Cross River condoles with family on four children lost to landslide

Director General of Cross River State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (CRSPHCDA), Dr. Janet Ekpenyong, has paid a condolence visit to the family of middle-aged and physically challenged father, Ndifreke Sylvester, over the loss of four children to a landslide in Calabar South Council.
